RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns / Exchange Conditions

  • Returns / exchanges must be made within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. For international customers, we offer a 30 day return period.

  • If you recieve a faulty item, we are happy to offer you an exchange with shipping included.

  • If you purchase an item and order the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange with shipping at your cost.

  • Any items in the ‘SALE’ section are not able to be returned.

  • Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return.

  • Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

  • We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or there was a dispatch error by Knitworld Australia.

  • Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item/s.

  • If you purchased your item in the Knitworld Australia Boutique, please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

 

Returns are processed within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your return.

Please also ensure you have completed the enclosed returns form. If we do not receive this information we are unable to process your return.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are well inspected before being sent out to customers, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault you will be entitled to a refund.

If you believe your garment has a fault, please email contact@knitworldaustralia.com with a description of the garment and of the fault. Faulty garments will not be accepted unless they are in original condition with tags attached. In the case of a faulty garment we must be notified at Knit World Australia within 7 days of receipt.
